Delivery & Service Policy

What we deliver

GrabAdda provides digital services only — website design and development, local SEO, Google Business Profile setup and business email configuration. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so no courier or shipping charges apply to any order.

Delivery means your website is live on your domain and every account login has been handed to you.

When work starts

We begin within 1 working day of your payment being confirmed. You will get a call from our team within 24 hours to collect content, photos and any brand assets.

Delivery timelines

Starter plan: 5 to 7 working days from receipt of your content.

Business plan: 5 to 7 working days for the website, plus 7 to 14 days for Google Business Profile verification, which depends on Google's own process.

Growth plan: 10 to 14 working days, because of the additional local SEO groundwork, blog setup and admin panel configuration.

Custom and enterprise builds: the timeline is stated in your written scope before payment.

What can delay delivery

The single most common cause of delay is content. If your text, logo and photographs are not ready, the clock effectively pauses — we will tell you as soon as this happens rather than letting the date slip silently.

Google Business Profile verification and payment gateway KYC are handled by third parties and run on their timelines, not ours.

Handover

On completion you receive the live website, the domain and hosting logins registered in your name, admin panel credentials where applicable, and a short training call. There is no handover fee.

Support after delivery

Support periods are one month on Starter, two months on Business and three months on Growth. During that window we make content edits and fix any faults at no charge. Support is provided by phone, WhatsApp and email during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.
