Why business email lands in spam
Three DNS records decide whether mail providers trust you. SPF lists which servers may send on your behalf. DKIM cryptographically signs each message so it cannot be tampered with. DMARC tells receivers what to do when either check fails.
Most small business email is set up without any of the three. The mail sends fine and sits in your Sent folder, and quietly lands in the recipient's spam. You never find out — you just assume the quote was rejected.
What it costs
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 run roughly ₹125 to ₹250 per user per month. Mailboxes bundled with hosting are considerably cheaper and adequate for a small team that mainly sends quotations. If you have three people and do not need shared calendars and cloud storage, you do not need the enterprise tier.
